Delivery charges
- United Kingdom: free on every order.
- European Union: £14.99 per order.
- Other international destinations we deliver to: £23.99 per order. Available destinations are shown at checkout.
The delivery charge for your order is always shown at checkout before you pay. All prices exclude VAT.
Dispatch
Orders placed by 3pm (UK time), Monday to Friday, are normally dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 3pm, at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.
Delivery times
UK orders are sent by 24-hour courier and normally arrive the working day after dispatch. Delivery times for EU and international orders depend on the destination. If you need an order by a particular date, please contact us before ordering and we will advise.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by courier delays outside our control.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we will email you a confirmation, with tracking details where available.
International orders, duties and taxes
Orders delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees in the destination country. These are not included in our prices or delivery charges and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check that the products you order can be imported and used in your country.
Receiving your order
Please make sure someone is available to receive your delivery at the address given. Check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@lavderma.com with your order number and photographs, and we will put it right. See our returns policy.
