Report a side effect

If you suspect a side effect or an adverse incident involving a product supplied by Lavderma, please report it to us as soon as possible.

Report to Lavderma

Email info@lavderma.com with the subject line Adverse event report, or call +44 7555 396937. Please include:

• Product name and product code
• Batch or lot number
• Date of treatment
• A description of the event and any action taken
• Your name, clinic and contact details

Please do not send patient names. Use your own patient reference instead.

Report to the MHRA

You can also report suspected side effects and problems with medical devices directly to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.

Urgent medical attention

If a patient needs urgent medical help, call 999 or direct them to the nearest emergency department.
